What happens to the customer data in our Excel files?
We transfer that data to the new software. You then use the software alongside the old files for a while, so you can compare the two before you switch over completely.
Our technicians are out on jobs all day. Can they use it on their phones?
The software works in the browser on any phone or tablet with an internet connection, with nothing to install. If your technicians also need to work where there is no signal, we build an app for iOS and Android.
